1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kkff platform, including all games, sports betting, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through kkff.today (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kkff ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkff. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. kkff reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the kkff Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkff strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. Proof of age may be requested at any time via KYC verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion scheme or have requested account closure on the Platform.
• You must not open duplicate accounts. Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited at kkff's discretion.

kkff reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing withdrawals, and whenever the Company has reason to question the accuracy of account information. Failure to pass identity verification checks may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the kkff Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate throughout the life of your account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Your login credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share them with any third party. kkff will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any wagering or financial transactions made using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify kkff immediately via the support email. kkff may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• kkff reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false identity information or is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

kkff uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using secure hashing protocols; plain-text passwords are never retained. However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is completely secure and that kkff cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the kkff Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. kkff does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in your verified name. kkff reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• kkff does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. kkff accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section. Players must ensure they are aware of applicable limits before initiating any transaction.

kkff processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable identity or security checks. kkff is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or by a Player's failure to complete required verification steps.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kkff may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Creating additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor the expiry of active bonuses.
• kkff reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms, or if a technical error has resulted in a bonus being awarded incorrectly.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the Platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or used for any purpose outside of the Platform.

kkff's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who are found to have exploited promotional terms, acted in bad faith, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be closed without further notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

kkff is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to every account holder free of charge at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player's account will remain active for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe that their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened. kkff will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session, to support informed decision-making about continued play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkff Platform. kkff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to void any winnings derived from such activity:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the Platform, other players, or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or underlying infrastructure.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with kkff.

kkff reserves the right to take all steps legally available to it in response to prohibited conduct, including reporting relevant information to law enforcement agencies, initiating civil proceedings, and permanently banning individuals from the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkff Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of kkff or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of kkff and is protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of kkff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkff, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

kkff's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kkff's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms accessible in Bangladesh. Any disputes arising between you and kkff shall first be referred to kkff's customer support team, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through alternative dispute resolution procedures. kkff's decision on matters of game outcome, technical faults, and platform operation is final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kkff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkff will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any available account balance by contacting support before closing your account.
